Academic Media Group (AMG) is a strategic recruitment marketing and employer branding partner for academia, aiming to support the internationalisation of research and encouraging people to pursue academic careers. AMG comprises of the academic career site Academic Positions (www.academicpositions.com) and storytelling platform Academic Stories (www.academicstories.com).

We are now seeking a results-oriented, native english-speaker to develop and strengthen our position in the market.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for new customer sales and business development. Our clients are universities and institutions in the higher education and research sector. You will focus on establishing new relationships and developing existing accounts.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts and for effectively managing relationships with them to drive profits and revenue growth.

Your profile

  • At least two years experience in sales or business development
  • Native English speaker with full English proficiency
  • Results-oriented individual with strong ambitions
  • A positive mindset – always see a challenge as an opportunity
  • Enjoys working simultaneously on strategic and operative tasks both independently and as part of a team
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind
  • Good at identifying potential obstacles and proposing effective solutions
  • Great communication skills
