Digital Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced marketer who is passionate about communications and digital marketing, and is able to translate those passions into measurable results. The successful candidate will be part of the marketing operations team, managing campaigns for universities and research institutions across the globe ranging from individual recruitment drives to longer-term strategic employer branding partnerships.

You will also be working closely with the marketing management team to help execute AMG’s marketing strategy with projects related to lead generation, traffic acquisition, partnerships, thought leadership, PR, events, and creative production.

To be successful in this role you will need to see both the big picture and execute rapidly. You will understand both the art and science of online marketing and have proven experience setting up structured marketing tests and analysing results for actionable insights.

We are currently expanding our marketing operations team due to an increase in customer assignments, and talented individuals with leadership abilities will be considered for roles with managerial responsibilities as the team grows.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing marketing operations, campaigns, and customer interaction.
  • Responsible for paid search and paid social accounts, including continuous optimisation, analysis, and strategy.
  • Analysing customer behaviour and marketing performance, conducting A/B split testing, analysing data to optimise campaigns and increase ROI.
  • Identifying and implementing relevant industry changes and innovations.
  • Writing and designing persuasive marketing copy to promote products and events to target audiences.

Your profile:

  • Proven digital marketing experience, with particular reference to content marketing, paid social media, search ads, and email marketing.
  • Extensive experience buying digital ads using Facebook and Google ads, and measuring and optimising using Google Marketing Platform (including Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio).
  • At least two years professional experience from leading, planning and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or Communications is a requirement, relevant digital marketing certificates are a merit.
  • A growth mindset with real passion for digital marketing and innovations in the field.
  • Outstanding project management skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thrives in an environment with short internal decision routes and a culture that encourages creative and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
